Acme Sujan Chemicals has been incorporated in February 1989 as small company to provide custom manufacturing services for other companies. It has grown steadily over the years in skill, experience and reputation to become one of the leading company in highly specialized field of Phase transfer Catalysis. Over years of efforts, we have created niche market and acquired leading edge of technology in its chosen fields.

The knowledge and skill of our workforce, we have pioneered many important products, which are in everyday use.

With unique capabilities in organic chemistry and chemical engineering with respect to Phase transfer Catalysis, Pharmaceuticals active intermediates, Cosmetic ingredients sunscreen agents, Perfumery aromatic intermediates and photochemical developers.

Plant Information

Acme Sujan manufacturing site has been located, 400 km north of Mumbai (Bombay) in state of Maharashtra, India. Almost on central location of India’s map. In close proximity of world famous Ajanta caves of Lord Buddha and Ellora caves of Lord Shiva, well connected by national highways, Central Rail services and by Air.

The plant has facilities such as glass, glass lined, and stainless steel; limped / jacketed reactors with well designed and packed with structured packing columns / condensers, High vacuum Distillation /fractionation facility. Hydro-extractors, Dryers like Rotary vacuum dryer, fluidized bed dryers, trey dryers, Boiler, Thermic Fluid heating system, Chilling Plant. Facilities are multipurpose so designed to swing the facilities as required for any products manufacturing. Engineering services, Quality Assurance and research and development groups support entire facility.

We have always believed that manpower is one of the important assets in the development of the company.
